Tahini Sauce
You’ll need:
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey (optional)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced *
1/2 tsp salt
Simple steps:
Combine all of the ingredients and consume in the most ideal manner possible!
*As a garlic-mincing tip, pour the salt on the chopped garlic and mince by pressing on the garlic using the sharp edge of a chef’s knife. The salt adds an abrasiveness that softens up the garlic under pressure.
