Lemon Balm Pesto

aka Lemon BOMB Pesto!

Time for a new dip to hit the streets!

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
1 bunch green garlic (about 4-5 garlics)
1 bunch lemon balm
~1/4 – 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
Water, optional, for desired smoothness
Pesto Delivery Vehicles (carrots, cukes, chips, pitas, etc.)

Simple Steps:
1. Pull lemon balm leaves off stems, give ’em a rough chop.
2. Roughly chop the green garlic. Leaves, stems, heads, all of it!


3. Toss all ingredients in your food processor and run it, taste it, fix it, twist it. *I recommend watching comedian Mo Amer talk about making hummus: This is how you make REAL hummus . Do it like that and you’ll have a dang delicious result!
4. Get out your pesto delivery vehicles and start dipping.
