It looks delicious because it is delicious.
I can’t take credit for creating the chia seed milk soak breakfast, but I can say I’m never displeased with myself for prepping it up.
This recipe requires some passive time – at least an hour; overnight is customary.
I do make this all year round with frozen berries, but since the farm is blasting out this beautiful rainbow of berries, it seemed like a good time for sharing!
For this version of the recipe, you’ll need:
– 3 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 cup milk (plant, cow, whatever)
– 1/2 cup fresh berries
– 1 tbsp flax seed meal
– 1 tbsp shredded coconut
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 2-3 tbsp maple syrup

Simple Steps:
1. Combine chia seeds and milk. Stir to coat the seeds. Let soak for minimum 1 hour.
The result should be a pudding-like consistency:

2. When hungry, add the flax, coconut, berries, cinnamon, and maple syrup. That’s it! Enjoy 🙂

ENJOY!!
